Beautiful hike! No changes to the trail since yesterday's report.
Writing because my friends hiking poles were taken from the trail head. We believe they were accidentally taken. She had set them on a rock near her car for a few minutes and when she went to get them, they were gone. There was a large friendly group we had seen earlier on the trail that was leaving during this time. We are wondering if one of them grabbed the poles thinking they belonged to someone else in the group.
