Beautiful day at Maple Pass Loop! We did the trail clockwise, and trail conditions were fine going up. As we descended, parts of the trail near the top were very muddy and slippery and I would have liked to have had my microspikes. Had I not had my hiking poles, I would have ended up on my rear end multiple times!
