Four cars in the parking lot at 9am. Restroom at trailhead locked. Encountered a bit of snow and ice on the ridge; slick in places but micro spikes not needed. Beautiful hike, of course. Saw about 20 folks coming up as I was descending. Not much time left for snow free hiking in the Cascades!
