Deception Pass State Park - Headlands / Rosario Head / Lighthouse Point — Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022

We started at Rosario Beach and hiked that loop before heading over to Bowman Bay. Due to the seal pup’s presence, the beach was blocked off and we had to take the detour to get to lighthouse point. This only added ~.33 more miles as you had to head up to the main road before catching back up with the trail. It was a beautiful day, slightly overcast but dry. According to my Apple Watch we gained a little under 1,000 feet overall. The trail was slightly muddy in some parts, but nothing to deter anybody. The views were beautiful.
