Got in an early morning hike on the NP Loop, with scores of other day hikers. Chatted with a few overnight backpackers either packing in or packing out. Temps in the 80’s, no bugs, lakes not too cold. Minimal snow encroachment. Wildflowers will need another week for peak bloom. Trail was pretty litter free, thanks to conscientious hikers.
