The complete loop opened July 15 and it's mostly an excellent trail. A bit rough and rocky on the lower loop for a stretch and a boulder field to cross. The bridge crossing in front of the waterfall has collapsed, but a trail is routed up and behind the waterfall--quite refreshing! After that the trail drops quite steeply (but briefly) in almost a scramble to rejoin the main trail.
