Pleasant journey through Middle Earth, I mean MRNP. I went counter-clockwise and this was definitely the way to go to avoid having to keep leap frogging groups later in the hike, though for the first nearly two hours I only shared the trail with some deer and birds! Also saw pikas and chipmunks, and there were delicious blueberries to munch along the way. A++
