Parked at Bowman Bay and headed towards Lighthouse Point. There is a sign indicating emergency trail closure because a little bridge over the marsh was damaged. You can still access Lighthouse Point by stepping onto the beach to bypass the bridge. We had no problem at high tide today.
Lots of mushrooms. It must have been even more impressive a couple weeks ago. Many are fading but still plenty of mushrooms with a view.
There were a couple of fallen trees and branches but nothing that my little old dog couldn’t jump over.
I drove home through La Conner and found one field of swans. Looking forward to more to come.

Thank you. I felt very lucky to find a sunny spot for the day. I call those little green things Trumpet Lichen.

Thanks. My hiking companion was a 15 year old rat terrier that doesn’t mind when I need to stop for just one more picture. 🍄😂🍄
