Trail up to the falls was in good condition and easy hike. Weather temperature was good. I packed a warm pullover but didn’t need it. Just had a long sleeve thermal and day pack. Hiked to the lake. Trail was in good condition but should wear good shoes because there are a lot of rocks on the trail. The staircase steps are convenient.
I brought a light rain jacket and glad I did because it rained a few times. Not a lot but just nice to have.
The only thing to be careful is to know there are no bathrooms around.

Got to the trail around 8:20. Main parking lot had 3 to 5 spots open.
