Kachess Ridge / Kachess Beacon — Saturday, May. 10, 2025

Kachess ridge trail 1315 begins steeply through wildflowers and beautiful canyon views before a long snowy forested trek to a junction with Beacon Ridge 1315.3, after which it becomes imaginary. Before the snow a track branches left to views- this turns into a steep sometimes sketchy track all the way up to the beacon and an intersection with the upper end of 1315.3- crazy steep but snow free- a potential loop once the forested section melts out.
