I hiked up to Big Heart Lake and camped there overnight. Personally, I felt the climb up to Copper lake was a bit overgrown and it was so muggy. Each lake was beautiful even though it was cloudy so there were no views. There is a giant tree down on the trail. Someone else mentioned that and said they climbed over it. I was able to get over it but you definitely climb over it, like I was holding parts of the tree to get over, but its not just throwing your leg over it. I wasn't with other people so im not sure how other people handled it. I saw enough people that I felt safe but not so many that it felt crowded. Between little heart lake and big heart lake there is some snow and a couple more downed trees but they were much easier to walk around. There was only one snow crossing that made me nervous because it was kind of angled and I didn't want to slip. The snow is in an annoying state where sometimes you step threw it. I have attached photos of my obstacles. Last note, there are very few campsites at Big Heart Lake so you probably want to get there early if thats where you are planning on camping.
Overall, great trail and definitely worth it! Maybe consider camping near copper lake and then day hiking the rest.
