Day hike to Pratt Lake on a fairly nice, cool Monday. Trail was largely ours the whole way, with 3 trail runners coming down at the Lake and about 7 people heading up on our way out.
The trail is largely is great shape. There are some old boardwalks about 1.5 miles in and while the longest didn't feel super unsafe there are definitely some parts that need replacing. The dog did not feel comfortable on the down hike over this section but we bipeds made it. Creek crossings were low enough that they could be handled without difficulty. A couple spots near the Lake where the vegetation almost touches across the trail but easily walked through.
Saw Lupune and Orange lily growing near the lake in great colors. Wild blueberries and salmonberries in abundance throughout. I counted 17 species of birds and possibly had a Northern Pygmy Owl on the way down.
