I hiked the 13.5-mile Goat Lake/Snowgrass loop hike yesterday with my dog Lady. Lots of great views and flowers everywhere. There were a couple snowfields around Goat Lake but passable. Road 21 seems much rougher and washboardy than last year. I managed OK with my Mercedes sedan but I imagine some cars designed for paved roads might have problems.
