Took the daughter and pup to hike the Scott Paul loop trail. Road is rough, but passable for all vehicles. Parking was full and down the road, but we were able to grab a spot at the trailhead. Restrooms were in pretty good condition and stocked with toilet paper. We did the loop clockwise and took the 2000 feet of elevation gain over about 5 miles. Tons of great scenery on the way up. We had lunch around the 5 mile mark and then cruised down the remaining 3 1/2 miles back to the trailhead. Very little traffic on the trail, no trash, and no obstacles. One small spot of snow that the dog enjoyed playing in. Great and challenging hike in great condition and well worth it when skies are clear.
