Heather - Maple Pass Loop — Thursday, Sep. 25, 2025

We lucked into a more or less smokeless window.  Underbrush was colorful; the larches were maybe a week away from gold.  Despite the parking lots on both sides of Highway 20 being closed for repairs, there were plenty of folks out hiking on this Thursday.  This hike was glorious as usual.
