Road to heather meadows is clear of snow and ice. Lots of parking available.
Pit toilet was clean and stocked.
Road is clear of snow until the corner where the visitor center is. Then it starts to accumulate the higher you go. Snowshoes would be helpful towards the top but not necessary. I only saw a few people out and everyone was in just boots.
Be careful around artist point area as the snow is covering rocks just enough so you don’t know they are there but not a lot so if you step off of the beaten path you could hit a rock or have a bad slip.
