The trail is very well-maintained with little or no mud. The trailhead is still closed off because of a tree that broke through one of the bridges. I think that Margaret’s Way trailhead is probably one of the prettiest in Western Washington and it will be nice when they repair the bridge. The detour is mostly clear, one intersection isn’t marked, but I guess you can choose whichever way to go. No views today due to the fog, but honestly, the fog can be beautiful too.
