Parking lot is open, except for the north side with the accessible parking spots. Pack your patience and park considerately.
There is a growing mud puddle where the trail starts across the landing field. People are swinging very wide to avoid wet feet, so the mud puddle is growing. Consider waterproof boots for that part if nothing else!
Other than one new step-over blow down, the rest of the trail is in good shape. No snow or ice on the trail until the last steps before the north viewpoint.
