Close in hike, easy to get to and well maintained. Trails in great shape, not muddy except in a couple of low areas. Sun was out and we could see Mount Baker and other snow covered mountains from the lollipop loop. We started at Central Park by the tennis/pickle ball courts. Total hike around 6 miles. Hikers share this trail with mountain bikers. We encountered several friendly cyclists, a couple of trail runners, a bearded gnome and two hooded mergansers in the pond near the Central Park trailhead.
