For my "First Day" hike I picked an old standby close to home - West Tiger #3 via the Section Line trail. The trail was in good shape, and no snow or ice.
Others had the same idea, so I saw 6 or 8 people on the way up, and a dozen or so at the summit. Plenty of room for all.
