Intermittent snow starting at 3’o Clock Rock, with roots, muds, slick rocks between this and ~2,900 ft when snow became more permanent and at which time I put micro spikes on. Brought but did not need snowshoes.
As an fyi, there is one avalanche chute that currently has deep, gaping holes with boulders poking out and water running under the snow. As of today it was easy to get through but if it warms up OR snows a bit to cover the holes it could be quite treacherous, besides any new avalanche dangers.
