The bottom section of Shangri La trail, below the Bear Ridge junction, is still closed for storm damage repair.
I did an afternoon loop up Bear Ridge, West Tibbett's, Tibbett's Marsh, down upper Shangri La, and back out via Bear Ridge. All trails are in great shape, aforementioned closure aside. Bear Ridge was frosty for long sections even at 4pm and quite slippery in a few places when going downhill in trail runners.
