We had an absolutely beautiful sunny day at Rialto. What a treat for February.
The parking lot was pretty empty on Wednesday afternoon. Two outhouses were available.
At Ellen Creek, we crossed on a big log and climbed over some other logs, although you could easily wade through the creek.
We were there around low tide and able to walk through Hole in the Wall, although the rocks were pretty slippery and we didn’t go much further.
We saw 4 bald eagles, a sea otter, and lots of tide pool life including sea stars, anemones, and hermit crabs.
