There are several trees to go over or under the most difficult one is nearly to the third overlook, it’s high enough off the ground you need to sit on it and it and the snow is slick. See photo. The washout before the stairs is fine to cross props to the work that has been done to reroute that (also see photo). Microspikes worked well from the 1st overlook on, it was especially icy between 1st and 2nd, as you climbed the additional snow made them less necessary. Tracked 9.3 miles ~2k gain with Gaia to the third overlook and back.
