Arrived at the trailhead a little before 9:30am on Friday. Quite a few vehicles along the road, but still plenty of room to park. The trail starts muddy, but turns to snow. We put on spikes about halfway up, and wore them pretty much the whole way down. Spikes and poles are a must to navigate the slippery snow and mud today. We got to the top in a normal time of about an hour, but took more time than normal on the way down.
