Great day for a hike! Weather was sunny and warm, trails were maintained but is in need of a little TLC with a weedwacker. Little bit of mud, so watch your step on the way down and the stinging nettles...ouch! Recommend wearing long pants till mid-summer to avoid the nettles and overgrowth on the trail. Great hike with not a lot of traffic, but keep watch for black bears (berries are out) and people who are "trail running." ~Happy Prospecting...
