Mount Adams South Climb — Saturday, Jul. 26, 2014

South Cascades > Mount Adams Area

Hiked up to Lunch Counter and spent the night. It took us 4 hours to reach Lunch Counter. Left for the summit at 8:00am and reached the top at 11:00am. Made it back down to Lunch Counter in 1:45. Perfectly clear and the visibility was phenomenal. Long walk down and back to the car. Very strenuous hike but well worth it. Hundreds of climbers going up and down this weekend.
