Hiked this trail on the 3rd day of Winter this year. The trail-head was clean and easily found/accessible. The trail itself was in decent condition, but was covered with ice and snow at times. It was not impassible at all--we would just recommend sturdy hiking boots with some YakTrax. We had our two young children with us, so it was a bit sketchy with them near the falls, but they did good and it was an exercise in trust and navigating a slippery trail. The scenery was amazing! So beautiful this time of year! And the falls were georgeous! We will be going back in the Spring/Summer to see the area in the light of a different season. No problems or issues. Would highly recommend.
