North Cascades > North Cascades Highway - Hwy 20

This was a neat little attraction to explore but I wouldn't really call it a hike - it's a path and bridges and lots of stairs (though there is a switchbacked ramp to get to the top of the falls). Would be fun to explore with younger kiddos. It gave me a very "secret garden" vibe up in the less maintained parts away from the falls, and the Gorge building is historic and has great signs talking about JD Ross and the history of him creating the gardens and the light show. You can definitely see some fire damage from the blazes last year. We just happened to wander around long enough for the lights to come on. Worth checking out if you're in the area!
