Cherry Creek Falls — Sunday, Jan. 22, 2017

This was a lovely, yet wet and muddy hike to Cherry Creek Falls, which were gorgeous! I arrived at 8am, and was the first on the trail. The ice on the trail that previous hikers reported has melted, and microspikes are not needed right now, but it is quite muddy in places. I had trouble crossing Haymann Creek, the one log that's there to cross is very small, narrow, and slippery, so be extra careful! All in all, it was a great choice for a low land winter hike sans snow.
