Central Cascades > Stevens Pass - West

Road to TH wasn't bad until the last few miles. There were a quite a few potholes we had to watch out for. There was also a fallen tree that had been cut to allow passage. Although you could still pass, it was a tight squeeze for my Toyota Highlander. Once on the trail, there were mosquitos galore so make sure you bring big spray! At about a mile in you will reach a couple snowfields. Poles and yaktracks came in handy as you cross the snowfields to the lookout. No access inside the lookout as it is closed for maintenance. Definitely one of the best views I've had for such a short hike! Enjoy the pics!
