North Cascades > Mount Baker Area
Mount Baker is GLORIOUS

The road FR12 & FR13 up to the trailhead has intermittent sections of pot holes, easy to navigate in a low clearance vehicle, just take it slow.  The only part of the trail I found to be a pain is the section by the creeks, it's VERY rocky, almost like walking on marbles, other than that, once in the meadows and on the steep parts it's very well maintained.

The views throughout are AMAZING, there's barely a step you'll take that is dull.  The final push for the lookout is rough and steep but once you're up there and you catch your breath, you loose your mind at the 360 degree views of mountains for miles.

And Baker, oh my, she is LOVELY.

Bugs were only mildly annoying, no mosquitos, just buzzers.

Also, this hike to the lookout is closer to 9 miles roundtrip, definitely not 7.5
