Olympic Peninsula > Northern Coast
Klahhane Ridge by Ebobber
Arrived shortly after10am on a Sunday and plenty of parking. You do need the Olympic national park pass which you can buy on your drive home for $50 or you pay $25 for the day use. Trail in great condition. We did come across some mountain goats on the trail but, were able to clap loudly and they moved out of the way. It is basically all in the open so on a hot day you feel it! Not much shade. Views the entire time and once at the top absolutely stunning! Great mountain views! Oh and side not pets are prohibited. There is a little cafe and gift shop with bathrooms. We arrived back to the parking lot at 2:00 and there we're still some spots open however, the line to get in was insanely long!!! I would plan to arrive early.
