Tolmie Peak Lookout - Eunice Lake — Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017

Do this hike every summer, and it's gorgeous every time. The road was a pain as usual, with many potholes and ridges to rattle your teeth. The trail was busy but not overcrowded. Lots of people at the lake, but you could find a quiet spot. We first went up to the lookout, ate some lunch, then descended to the lake for a swim. After picking about a million wild blueberries, we headed back down. A great day, and we even saw a deer on the walk back.
