Trip Report

Wenatchee Crest Snowshoe (Blewett Pass) — Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018

Central Cascades > Blewett Pass
NW to the Stuart complex.

This easy snowshoe/ski offers stunning views on easy rolling terrain for miles. On this weekday, I saw only 6 other snowshoers in the 3 hours I was out there. There is about 2 feet of snow, which provides plenty of coverage. In the next couple of days, there will likely be much more snow due to the approaching storm. I went about 6-7 miles RT. The signature views to the north and NW were esp nice in the mixture of sun and clouds.

Diamond Head
North over Scotty Ck toward L’worth.
