Road is in decent shape, just a couple big potholes and ruts - made it up in my '99 Toyota Corolla just fine.
Trail is in great shape, with just a few blowdowns, no snow left to speak of. Nice early spring trail, with big, mossy trees, lakeside beaches, and undulating grades in and out of a few creekbeds. Lucked out with some great views of Mt. Baker in the afternoon. Started around noon for Noisy Creek Camp, arrived around 4pm (with a big afternoon break to soak in the Baker views).
I did head up the Noisy Creek Trail after getting the the camp. Based on the GPS on my topo map, I went at least a half mile up but didn't see much. Maybe there's more later on with a better map, but didn't seem to be going much of anywhere.
Hiked back out on Sunday with light rain, about 3.5 hours.
