Deer Lake, Bogachiel River & High Divide - Seven Lakes Basin Loop — Sunday, May. 27, 2018

Sol Duc TH to Deer Lake snowfree with intermittent snow on switchbacks above the lake, then continuous snow to the ridge, with occasional stretches of melted out tread alternating with steep slushy snow along the BogachielBadin traverse to the Seven Lakes Basin cutoff- steep exposed snowfields beyond here made a good turnaround point. Awesome views, perfect weather, dicey conditions made for a grand Memorial weekend adventure.
