Absolutely loved this hike! I’m currently in the process of moving, so my poles, sunscreen, and bug spray were unattainable for this hike. The only thing I missed was the bug spray. The mosquitos were INSANE at the summit. The PCT is in great condition, no snow left. Right after the boulder field watch for the cairn on your right. Ascent to the summit was rocky and exposed, but nothing too difficult. I was the only one on the summit at 8:45 this morning, and the first one to park on the road at 7:15. Breathtaking views and summit register at the top. Happy hiking! Ps I’m 99% sure this hike is longer than the 4.7 miles listed, but what do I know...
