Went on a windy and rainy walk with my two little dogs today and had a great time. The highlight was definitely seeing two otters run into the water! Also saw lots of birds, pretty rocks, shells, and driftwood. The waves were big and on a couple occasions, we had to run inland to avoid being splashed. You can go about halfway with dogs, and the rest is no dogs allowed. I’d definitely like to come back another time to complete the no dogs allowed section of trail. There were about four off leash dogs I encountered on the way, nowhere near their owners, so I would just watch out for that.
