Lots of packed trails at this trailhead. We opted for 4 mile loop taking us up on a ridge next to saddle rock. Beautiful day. Saw a couple runners and a few other groups close to the trailhead. Spikes were enough since the trails were packed down. Will need snowshoes when it snows next time.
