Umtanum Ridge Crest — Saturday, Apr. 13, 2019

I can see why so many people are hiking this trail right now! Beautiful views and pretty uncrowded - on the way back we didn’t see anyone till we were 2/3 down. Wildflowers blooming and arrow leaf balsam root just starting to flower. There are small cactuses by the summit. Last half mile is pretty steep but in decent condition. Beautiful but would  not want to hike this in pouring rain....
