Steep but relatively short hike to the saddle. Many other trails to explore also. Flowers are in bloom right now and makes for some lovely landscape. The trail is dusty and wide and heavily trafficked. Great views of Wenatchee and the Columbia River from up high. Going just a bit past the saddle will also allow you to see Glacier Peak on a clear day.
