Today's hike took us just beyond Upper Falls to the bridge at the end of the Railroad road. Parking lot full at around 9:30 am, so arrive early or later in the afternoon. Trail in great shape up to Upper Falls, the short Blue Diamond trail just beyond Upper Falls was a bit more muddy but definitely nothing to worry about. Had the bridge all to ourselves which was nice after the many trekkers on the Woody Trail. The forest is starting to come alive - a few Salmon berry flowers were in bloom, mushrooms popping up here and there, and bleeding hearts sprinkled throughout the hike. Great time to enjoy this hike.
