Bertha May and Granite Lakes — Saturday, Aug. 3, 2019

Great trail, only downside were the dirt bikes tearing it up. Ripe blue- and huckle-berries. Bertha May was incredible for swimming. The flies were out in force if you stopped for too long but were manageable. No mosquitoes. The road to the TH seems to have been improved based on past trip reports, I had no issue getting up there in a Subaru, and I imagine less aggressive cars could get up there if taking their time- no huge obstacles or dips.
