Did the Lottie Bay and Lighthouse loops. Didn’t encounter the fallen trunk or obstacle that the previous hiker reported. Got there at around 8:30. Had almost the whole place to ourselves on a Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend. Probably about 9:30 when we started to see other people. Recommend taking the little detour on the east side of the the Lottie loop that’ll take you down to beautiful view of the bridge and bay. Couple mosquito bites. Lots of bees but didn’t bother you if you kept moving.

A correction: You were at Lottie & Lighthouse Points as you mention and your photos show, not North Beach. North Beach is on the other side of Deception Pass, west of the bridge.
