Road / Parking lot: A few potholes, but very manageable.
Hike: Water both running down the trail and laying on some parts of the trail. I never had to step in it, but could use rocks in the water to cross or scoot around the side of the streams and puddles. The water was probably 4-5 inches max, apart from at the river crossing, where I was still able to step across using rocks in the middle. Waterproof footwear is still definitely a must. There was some snow at the top, although a fairly light dusting that seemed to be melting. Hiking boots were sufficient to get to the top.
