Awesome hike and nice to see the sage brush restoration effort. Follow the signs for the loop "Lewis Butte Loop", and you’ll bypass the ATV road that cuts straight down back to TH, and instead loop north before heading southwestward again and circling back. The route back joins onto a few side roads, but signage is clear and a cool loop! ATV road straight down looks like a fast exit, but not very scenic -- and as this trail was beautified and built up to reduce impact (all the switch backs have been built to discourage the old routes), it's worth the experience and view.
Note: There were a lot of hunters out -- wear orange and bright colors! Be on the lookout!
