As we have hiked this one before, it has been about 10 years so I was a bit worried by the difficulty. The road going in was good, but there are some good little potholes before the parking area. Son brought his camera, and we were glad as the wildflower showing was the best I've seen in a long time. The misty day helped to refresh us on this uphill hike and we took it slow. I wouldn't choose to do this on a very hot day. After making it up to Camp Mystery, the snow was a bit tricky, but our hiking poles helped greatly. There was one spot where we lost the trail but were able to find it easily by following footprints and a GPS trail app. Only a couple of fallen trees on trail but not difficult to get around. Thank you WTA trail crews. Magical place!
