We hiked in easily, got to the lake, then got bothered by the drone that some one brought in. Hello, besides being illegal in wilderness areas, we are all hiking to get away from mechanical noises. Oh, well. Lovely day, about 75-80 degrees.
Some bugs, but blown away by the little breeze from the lake, plus being good fodder for all the jumping fish making nice plopping noises. Flowers blooming and happily attended by busy bees, huckleberries a ways from ripening. August 'spring' in the high mountains, gorgeous.
