The bridge has been repaired with a much longer new section. The makeshift rock bridge is no longer needed so I made sure to remove a section to allow wildlife to move through it. The fallen logs have been removed and the trail is unobstructed. The bathrooms in the picnic area have been removed. You can pay your $5 day pass at the trail head - it has been stocked with envelopes and pencils. See my short video to see the fall colors.
